WW3 Is Close, if not Here
Prayer is needed during this time. The world now enters a time of war unlike any seen in recent memory.
End Times prophecy students are perked up and ready to digest the daily news coming out of the Middle East, and for good reason, too.
It doesn’t matter what your opinion on Israel is, or whether they are obedient to the Torah in modern times as a state. God’s promises to them are a mix of unconditional promises and conditional promises, but God cannot deny Himself and be faithless to the promises He said He would keep.
They are part of His land covenant, whether you agree with God’s promises or you don’t.
And even people who hate Israel are admitting they did the world a service by attacking Iran’s nuclear facilities. I recently posted about this possibility in recent weeks, because while many might not realize it, we are certainly in WW3 as I type this.
World War 3 does not mean we are in the End Times. But I admit the possibility these events could lead us down that road.
United States cargo planes and tankers are on their way to the Middle East as I type this, as well as UK fighter jets.
Iran is asking for the help of other Islamic nations. Pakistan has already offered to intervene in the war.
The terrorist regime in Iran must be brought down, because before 1979, Persia was a country much like the United States in the meme-worthy 1970s America. Normal and far more Western.
The IRGC keeps the people captive, with women being shot just for having a strand of hair out of their head coverings.
The people of Iran are amazing people, brave and tired of the oppression.
War is ugly, and I hate war myself.
But war is necessary to topple evil in this world, to protect that peace we hold so dear.
The United States has bases in the area that have now been attacked in Iraq, meaning our president will step in and rain hell down upon the terrorist regime (the Iranians love using that about Israel, so I’m using it in reverse).
God doesn’t care about your opinion on His people. He is a Zionist (see Isaiah 34) and has a year of redemption for the cause of Zion.
Their obedience or disobedience is a non-factor in Him keeping land covenants. In fact, in the End Times, they come to Jesus Christ and realize they rejected their own Messiah.
He still saves a remnant of His people, even in their disobedience.
With 21 U.S. tankers on their way over there, as well as Israel being surrounded by hostile Islamic neighbors, this looks to be an unavoidable confrontation.
While I don’t agree with Islamic theology, seeing as Allah is not the Yahweh of the Scriptures, I love many Islamists are turning to Christ in large numbers.
Especially in Iran.
All the nations listed by name Jesus fights and crushes, stomped like grapes in the End Times are Islamic today. Islam is not going away. Like brother Joel Richardson and so many others have repeatedly said, radical Islam is the largest test the church will face before the coming of the Messiah.
The Great Tribulation will affect all nations, but the center will be Jerusalem and Israel.
Israel is the central focus of the End Times prophecies. America is not.
The prophet Joel names the surrounding nations (the nations surrounding the land of Israel) as the recipients of God’s anger in the End Times last battles scenario.
We could see the beginning of a chain of events leading to this situation in the coming months to decades.
I’ve always said I could be mistaken about the End Times. It may be sooner than I think.
Whatever the case may be, we need to stand strong, pray for our leaders to decide righteously, and must pray God’s will be done, even if it isn’t our will.
May cooler heads prevail, but it doesn’t look likely, to be frank.
Blessings as we enter a rough time in history.
